Luncheon Presenter:  Paul Witt & Dan Billman, HDR Project Mgrs.
The 141,000-square foot Fred Hernandez Sport Fish Hatchery facility is the largest indoor sport fish hatchery in North America, and contains many sustainable features, including sophisticated recirculation technology that reduces  by 95 percent  the water and energy normally used by conventional hatcheries.  Paul & Dan were Project Manager for different project phases and will give a presentation about the project.  The Institute of Sustainable Infrastructure (ISI) recently announced that the William Jack Hernandez Sport Fish Hatchery is the first completed project assessed using ISI’s new Envision™ sustainable infrastructure rating system.
